WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A SPLIT SPROCKET?
With a split sprocket, long installation and disassembly times can be avoided, as the sprocket no longer has to be removed from the shaft when the system is overhauled. We can offer you almost every sprocket as a split version.
To prepare an offer, we need at least the pitch, the roller diameter of the chain, the number of teeth and the clear width of the chain. Information about the bore diameter, sprocket design (smooth disc, version with one-sided or two-sided hub, hardened/unhardened teeth) and the total length of the sprocket is important. The more information available, the more precisely the offer can be designed.
